The Operations Division is the largest division of the Powder Springs Police Department. Major Michael Cochran is responsible for its day-to-day operations. The Operations Division encompasses: Patrol, Training, Community Outreach, and Quality of Life Units. The division is comprised of 1 major, 4 lieutenants, 4 sergeants, and 14 police officers.
