City Manager Responsibilities

The City Manager is appointed by the Mayor and City Council and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City.  The City Manager is responsible for the daily operation of local government in Powder Springs.  It is the Manager's responsibilities to implement the Council's vision for the community and, in a cost effective and efficient manner, implement the policy direction they establish.  Fortunately, the City of Powder Springs is blessed with a team of very talented professionals who are dedicated to provide quality service to our citizens.
