For a fee, the Sanitation Department will collect large household items such as furniture and appliances.  You must call the Sanitation Department at 770.943.8010 to arrange for the pick up.  Items will be picked up on your next regularly scheduled collection day.  Please call no later than the day before to arrange for a work order to be made.

Special and Bulk Items typically include things such as couches, bedding, television sets, swingsets, exercise equipment, basketball goals, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, and hot water heaters.
Swingsets, trampolines, and basketball goals must be disassembled.  Refrigerators and freezers must be empty of liquids and food.  For safety precautions, doors must be removed from appliances.
