Development Authority of Powder Springs RFP
The Development Authority of Powder Springs is seeking a development partner for the development of properties that may attract higher wage business and industry, as well as redeveloping key corridors/areas of the City. Certain properties that have been targeted for annexation and/or redevelopment by the Development Authority of Powder Springs, Powder Springs Planning Commission and the Powder Springs Mayor and Council are eligible candidates; however, the Authority would also consider partnerships for properties strategically located along an arterial or major collector roadway.
IFB 21-004 Resurfacing Project
The proposals shall be submitted to City Hall at 4484 Marietta Street prior to 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a Virtual pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.. The link for the meeting will be posted to the city website. All inquiries and questions shall be made on or before 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2021. IFB 21-003 House Demolitions
Project was awarded by the Downtown Development Authority to CBS Grading on 4/13/2021.
The City of Powder Springs is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the complete demolition of two abandoned houses at the following locations: 3892 Murray Ave. and 3900 Thomas St. SW, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127.
Sealed proposals shall be received by no later than noon EDT on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at the City of Powder Springs, 4484 Marietta St., Powder Springs, Georgia 30127, sent to the attention of Kelly Axt, City Clerk. Late submittals will not be accepted. A pre-bid conference will be held at City Hall beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Prospective bidders may inspect the houses at this time.
All communications related to submission of a proposal, including submission of questions, must be coordinated through Kelly Axt, City Clerk, at email@example.com. The deadline for questions is noon on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.

This Proposal shall be opened at 10:00 am EST,Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at the City of Powder Springs City Hall, 4484 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, Georgia, 30127. All proposals must be submitted for consideration prior to 10:00 am. Through the submission of this Proposal, the Respondent acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by and fulfill the requirements, terms, and conditions of the solicitation, unless exceptions are expressly made in writing
