**Important information regarding the sale of Water and Sewer to Cobb County 

Beginning June 1, the City we will no longer draft payments by automatic withdrawal from your bank account. Payments will need to be made online or in person, and all accounts must be paid in full. This is in preparation for the transfer of all Water and Sewer to Cobb County.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Utility Billing Department is to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the billing and collection of utility charges. We still strive to provide customer service that will exceed all expectations by listening to our customers and responding to their needs in a timely, professional, courteous, and respectful manner.

The Utility Billing Department operates under the direction of the Finance Department and its primary function is to provide the citizens with prompt and courteous customer service while maintaining an accurate and efficient billing and collection system. The Utility Billing Department provides water, sewer, street light, and garbage collection customer service, as well as monthly billing and collection of these services.
