The City of Powder Springs will hold its first quarterly town hall of 2022 at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, at Tapp Middle School.

As in past years, the first town hall of the year will be the “State of the City,” with Mayor Al Thurman and the Powder Springs City Council presenting the status of city initiatives, accomplishments of the past year and what is to come in 2022 and beyond.

A Q&A session will conclude the event.

The town hall is being held at Tapp Middle School to allow for social distancing. Attendees are asked to wear a mask to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 during this time of high transmission.
