Yes. On January 3, 2011 the City of Powder Springs' City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2010-54, an ordinance to provide for emergency nuisance abatement and to create Articles II and III to provide for registration of certain foreclosed and vacant properties within the City of Powder Springs.
